SHAWN RIDLEY

Shawn is Principal Partner of Ridley Capital Group, CEO of RCG Capital Management, Managing Partner of RCG Partners, Managing Partner of Stables Funds Partners, and Managing Partner of Stables Funds Management Company. Prior to Ridley Capital, Shawn founded Atlas Brown, an investment management company and family office focused on public and private investment opportunities, with $1.2 billion in assets under management at the time of his departure. While at Atlas Brown, Shawn served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer and funded many private entities which resulted in transactions with highly regarded institutional investors including Thompson Financial, Revolution, Goldman Sachs, Comcast and J.P. Morgan. Prior to Atlas Brown, Shawn served as Director of Equity Investments, Chief Strategist and Lead Portfolio Manager for Hilliard Lyons Asset Management Group. Shawn led the firm’s equity products to top decile ratings (Zypher Analytics) and five-star ratings (Morningstar) while leading Hilliard’s institutional equity effort. Prior to Hilliard Lyons, Shawn served as portfolio manager for Eagle Investment Advisors, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of Boston. Shawn started his investment career with Scudder, Stevens & Clark after his graduation from the University of Denver.

WILL BOCKOVEN

Will Bockoven is an Investment Principal of RCG Partners IV, focusing on commercial real estate. Will is also the Founder and Principal Broker of a commercial real estate investment firm. He has exclusively represented investors for portfolio acquisitions/dispositions, asset management, financial analysis, lending strategies, joint ventures, leasing and development of income properties and facilitated 1031 exchange tax-deferred transactions. Will has an extensive track record in transaction and property management encompassing the full spectrum of asset type, including net-leased, shopping center, mixed-used, industrial, hospitality, office, multi-family, parking structures, outdoor advertising and, vacant land. In 1998, Will started his career in wealth management at Morgan Stanley, then later at a leading Merrill Lynch private client group, managing $270 million asset base. As a financial advisor, he advised clients on equity investments and debt instruments, lending and guidance on wealth management topics. Will is a veteran U.S. Army (Res), serving as an infantry medic. He is a graduate of the University of Louisville.

STEVE BOSCO

Steve Bosco serves as Executive Manager of Real Estate of RCG Partners IV focusing on real estate development and redevelopment projects. A Louisville native Steve has worked in commercial construction for nearly a quarter of a century as Founder and CEO of Prodigy Construction and Prodigy Investments. Prodigy Construction is a vertically integrated, full service commercial real estate development and redevelopment. From hotels, laboratories, restaurants, health care facilities to Class A office complexes, Prodigy has an extensive portfolio of completed projects throughout the eastern half of the United States.  Before founding Prodigy Construction, Steve worked as a full-time missionary in Tacoma, Washington. He has long been active in civic and church activities including co-founding several youth sports groups.

MENTORA EUBANKS

Mentora serves as the Fund’s Resident Executive to assist management of portfolio companies to achieve its missions and benchmarks. Mentora has served as consultant to several Fortune 500 healthcare companies and renowned hospital systems in the U.S. Mentora founded Cardiac Network Inc., a nationwide pacemaker monitoring network. As CEO she assembled engineering departments in the U.S and Israel to design and outsource manufacturing of the first trans telephonic arrhythmia cardiac device with retrograde memory.  Cardiac Network pioneered the development of a trans telephonic monitoring (TTM) system and medical acceptance protocol that remains the standard medical monitoring procedure worldwide. Prior to Cardiac Network, Mentora served as Executive Vice President of Southeastern Wellness & Medical Centers, a network of full service conventional and holistic medical treatment centers promoting overall wellness. Mentora raised more than $20 million from private investors to capitalize the company, which provided outsized returns. As Southeastern Medical was experiencing rapid growth and broad acceptance from patients, Mentora developed a suite of new healthy lunch products to counter the rise in adolescent obesity. These products experienced exponential growth and eventually led to a buyout by a major food company for a substantial premium. Mentora continues to serve as consultant to an international healthcare company advising on FDA regulatory requirements and implementing global operational protocols.

ROBERT WANG

Robert Wang serves as an Acquisition Consultant to RCG Select Opportunities Fund. Robert also serves as an Executive Vice President of Gant Hill & Associates Real Estate Brokerage for the past six years. Prior to joining Gant Hill & Associates, Robert was a Broker at P.R.G. Commercial Real Estate in Louisville, Kentucky. In addition to Robert’s real estate practice, Robert is also involved in business development and finance structuring. Robert has completed over 40 restaurant leasing, sales, and related transactions of various capacities since joining Gant Hill & Associates in 2013. Due to the unique nature of the bourbon industry located in the State of Kentucky, Robert expanded his business practice in bourbon related projects over the last three years. Through some extensive networking, Robert assembled the team which enabled Cream of Kentucky to secure investment funding. Other bourbon projects in the works include private labeling of bourbon for a multi-state upscale restaurant and nightclub, as well as private labeling for professional sport personalities. Robert’s family immigrated from Taiwan in 1972, and he attended college in Georgia in the early 80’s. From 1983 to 1994, Robert worked for his family restaurants in various positions. In 1995, Robert entered the home mortgage industry, which lead to owning and operating a mortgage and real estate company until 2013. Past community volunteering work includes serving on the Board of Governors at the J.B. Speed Museum, Board Chairman at the American Red Cross River Valley Blood Services Division, Board Member of Louisville Chinese Culture and Educational Center, and as the President of the Organization of Chinese American Kentuckiana Chapter.

KIMBERLY SPETZ

Kimberly serves as Chief Operating Officer for Ridley Capital Group funds and portfolios companies. Prior to her current position, Kimberly served as a Marketing Operations Analyst from 2017 to 2019 and was responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies for a multitude of Ridley Capital’s investment companies. Kimberly brings to Ridley Capital Group over 35 years’ experience in marketing including online and offline advertising, consumer and product research, acquisition and retention strategies, as well as public relations. Prior to Ridley Capital, Kimberly held various executive roles across several start-up telecommunication companies at the onset of deregulation and was instrumental in catapulting their interest during the boom of the .com era. Kimberly resides in Louisville, Kentucky and serves on several civic boards, including the Louisville Metro Police Department Division Advisory Board and the Louisville Police Chief’s Neighborhood Advisory Council. In addition to her work with the Louisville Metro Police Department, Kimberly invests her time supporting fundraising efforts for several youth groups which cater to the performing arts of Louisville.

STERLING SMITH

Sterling is an Acquisition Specialist who works with private investor groups and land developers. His latest project is an $800MM multipurpose development of a waterfront property in North Carolina. When complete, this all-inclusive destination will include hotels, apartment buildings, unique residences, retail businesses, an expansive state of the art marina and diverse entertainment venues. Sterling Smith brings a unique perspective to RCG and is an exciting addition to our Investor Services efforts. Sterling comes to us with a diverse background of noteworthy achievements, including steep experience in entrepreneurship. As an avid horseman and competitor, he is passionate about his horses and the horse industry, which led him to form SKH Holdings, a Blood Stock Agency located in Greenville, South Carolina in 2020. With a sincere desire to help develop other promising entrepreneurs, Sterling took a position as a Partner at Shoreline Branches. Using their proven formulas and finely honed strategies, Shoreline specializes in developing exiting start-ups and introducing new and ingenious products into the marketplace at a competitive price point while utilizing an auto-ship delivery method. Sterling’s broad experience and access to select investment opportunities will provide unique value to RCG Partners, IV.

DR. ROBERT TED STEINBOCK

Ted is a Partner and Advisory Board Member of RCG Partners I, LLC. Ted is President of X-Ray Associates, one of the largest diagnostic radiology practices in Kentucky. Ted has received appointments of three different Clinical Fellows in Medicine from Harvard Medical School and six varied Professorships from University of New Mexico, University of Kentucky and the University of Louisville. Ted has served on dozens of Boards, received numerous honors and awards, and has published dozens of books, abstracts and reviews. Ted is an expert and collector of rare books. Ted graduated Magna cum laude from Harvard University and Harvard Medical School.
