Louisville, KY: Ridley Capital Group signed two letter of intents this week to invest in tier 1 suppliers serving aerospace and power generation industries. Ridley intends to self finance these acquisitions, while considering launching a parallel 506(b) Reg D investment fund for accredited and qualified investors.

Tier 1 supply manufacturers to the aerospace and power generation industries are experiencing strong demand while managing constraints on its existing capacity and increasing cap-ex to reinvest in technology and automation.
